LOCATION NEAR COAST OF CENTRAL CHILE MAGNITUDE - 8.8


The weather bureau said that the tsunami was traveling at the speed of a passenger jet liner . . . about 600mph.




Check out the ripples at the water line.




The distance from the high wet line to the water line is about 30' It's all the difference in the tides.






First we have what appears to be high tide.


within 10 minutes, it's super low tide.




Then 5-6 minutes later it's high tide again





The tide changes about every 15 minutes cycles.
