I was at a deck party awhile back, and the bugs were having a ball biting everyone. A man at the party sprayed the lawn and deck floor with Listerine, and the little demons disappeared. The next year I filled a 4-ounce spray bottle and used it around my seat whenever I saw mosquitoes. And voila! That worked as well. It worked at a picnic where we sprayed the area around the food table, the children's swing area, and the standing water nearby.

OUR FRIEND'S COMMENTS: I tried this on my deck and around all of my doors. It works - in fact, it killed them instantly. I bought my bottle from Target and it cost me $1.89. It really doesn't take much, and it is a big bottle, too; so it is not as expensive to use as the can of Bug-spray you buy that doesn't last 30 minutes. So, try this, please. It will last a couple of days. Don't spray directly on a wood door (like your front door), but spray around the frame. Spray around the window frames, and even inside the dog house. EARTH FRIENDLY TOO!!!

May 10, 2011 Mud flow

Here is what the mud flow coming in from Kaiaka Beach looks like. It was dramatically dirty. The mud did eventually flow over to our pristene shoreline. The water was murky for about 2-3 days, there was one more day of rain and then after that, the water cleaned up again. The next picture is what it looks like today on May 16 only a week later.

I believe that the same worker that works for them is assigned to our property since each time S.I.P.C. sends someone out, it's been the same person, so he's probably pretty familiar with out property by now.

I have seen other pest control companies on the property, but have not seen them more than once. Don't know if that's because of price, they did such a fantastic job and didn't need them again or that they did such a lousy job that the agent didn't want them back. Fence Installation Phase 1 & 2 being worked on

Our fence is being installed by Sam Ramiro. We are more than pleased with his work, his attitude and his clean working crews. We have a condo with more than 100 people on the property at all times, and he worked right along with all of them. Great job Sam. Here are the first two phases. Phase 3 was along side the Jodo Mission on the North end of the property.
