Exterminator - Pest control

I believe that the same worker that works for them is assigned to our property since each time S.I.P.C. sends someone out, it's been the same person, so he's probably pretty familiar with out property by now.

I have seen other pest control companies on the property, but have not seen them more than once. Don't know if that's because of price, they did such a fantastic job and didn't need them again or that they did such a lousy job that the agent didn't want them back.
