Now there is an instant hot water heater that is tankless. I will have posts for that unit later.

The ceiling is made of sheets of Stainless Steel secured to the roof and supported by Koa panel and strips. Lights are adjustable. All walls blocking a view from the kitchen to the living room have been removed.
